Dunes City Council has been attacking the City’s “town hall” style Citizen Involvement Committee. This activity is linked to the City Council’s continuous efforts to remove the City’s mandatory septic ordinance. Any and all vigorous public involvement that will lead to increased water quality protection is clearly essential,” writes La Follette.
